Best Water Damage Restoration in Chicago IL

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Called at 8:00am with am emergency and the dispatcher said we have availability between 8:30 and 12:00. When they didn’t show up I called and was told I would get a call back which didn’t happen. By 4:00 I called and requested to speak with a supervisor. When he got on the phone he said they would have someone there by 6:00. They never came or called.I got a call telling me they had availability at 6:45 the next evening, 36 hours after they promised.I don’t know if they are trained to tell you whatever you want to hear or just prefer to lie but I spoke with 4 different people and they all made promises they didn’t keep, Acknowledge or apologize for.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are plenty of honest, reputable plumbers what will treat you better.

Walter and Manny came and thoroughly inspected my sewage lines and gave me a written contract on sewage work needed to be done. Walter was clear and upfront with pricing. No surprises. It was a lot of work done. Him and his crew completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and pleasant demeanor. Walter worked with my schedule seeing as I was very busy. I was pleased with everything.

Great sewer expert. Our condo building needs regular service to our catch basin and drain system, which they normally do for us. We just had a sewer line break and a sinkhole was developing in our yard. Mike and Chris were able to fix quickly. They are very responsive.

These guys are amazing. Dmitry and team are great at diagnosing problems and then explaining it in a way that’s easy to understand. They went through all of our options and then offered specific solutions to meet our needs. They have fixed a variety of problems for us around our house, and we’ll be using them in the future!

The crew went above and beyond to get us ready to move into our new place. Everything looks great- cheers!
