John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. The location in Lyons did a hydro jetting in June, my condo flooded again in July. I called six times for emergency service, nobody showed up. I spoke to the owner he said he would charge me if they came out. Not only did I have to pay someone else, but I had to pay for a very costly cleanup.
