Best Tankless Water Heater Replacement in Chicago IL

Eugene and team do an excellent job every time. We have solicited their services on a number of occasions for our fitness center. They know what they’re doing! We also love that they are a local, family run business. First Chicago Plumbing is our go-to plumbing contractor.

5 Stars all the way!!! I called Rob, last spring, to see about options for some kind of flood control for my basement. I liked that he offers several different options depending on the individual situation. Though I knew I would probably hire Rob after our first phone conversation - he doesn't come out for free estimates. He actually cables the sewer line to locate everything pertaining to the job. I brought him in last - since I knew my sewer line needed some rodding anyway.

I talked to 5 different companies, 4 of which gave me detailed estimates. My instincts were correct to hire Rob. He came out with John on a Saturday to do the evaluation and rod our line. They thoroughly explained everything with our current systems and the best solutions. We decided to go with a 'modified overhead sewer system. The basement drains, toilet, and washer/dryer are no longer connected to the city sewer line. They now drain into an ejector pit which pumps the waste water up to the main stack. Sewer will never flood my basement. I think there needs to be 6 feet of water outside in order for gravity to push the sewage up to my first floor..

Rob called with the estimate 2 days later - gave me the price $6000. After talking to the other companies, I was ready to pull the trigger on this one. Great news was they could start tomorrow.

They showed up on time ready to work (Jermaine and Ed). Friendly and hardworking. Worked all day excavating the basement floor. After 1 or 2 days we talked to Rob about having some rough in plumbing so we can build a bathroom down there. They threw that in for $1500 and also moved my Hot Water Heater and added an extra floor vent. This was a big job and every one of the workers were first rate - Jermaine, Ed, John, Luke, and of course Rob. Job took 5 days.

Communication with Tom, in the office, was also pleasant.

Excellent job by all of them - I couldn't be happier. And they finished a couple of days before our first big rain - I slept easy that night.

Thanks Rob! Hope to see you soon - we want to upgrade some of our old plumbing lines and of course get started on that bathroom.

The dispatcher was kind and prompt with the appointment time. A plumber was sent who managed to to fix the issues within a short period of time. I was impressed with the quality of their work and I would definitely contact him again for any future plumbing issues.

After my bathroom faucet developed a steady leak, I reached out to my regular plumber to schedule service. Because of his unavailability, I looked locally for another plumber and came across Goode Plumbing in Chicago. Their reviews were overwhelmingly positive and I liked that they have a lifetime workmanship warranty.Scheduling my initial inspection included a $60 fee, which I was not particularly happy about, but they applied it to the total quote after I chose to use them for servicing the faucet. They attempted to repair the original faucet cylinders to stop the leak but it did not do the trick. We had to call them out twice to attempt to repair the original faucet. In the end, they recommended we switch out the entire faucet hardware, which we did. They installed the new faucet quickly without up-charging me more for their service and they were clean/polite/professional. Overall, happy with the work. Would I use them again? Perhaps....Their prices are a bit higher than others and I knew this when I first requested service, as I read other reviews from users who noted the same. But they were fast/responsive and they stand behind their work. 4 out 5 stars seems fair overall. Plus, my dog didn't bark once while they were here, so that says something!

Great experience with a hot water heater installation.

I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job.

Don’t really take time to write reviews but this company deserves it . Mike was very profesional and answered every single question I had . They gave me a proposal weeks prior and I contacted them 3 weeks after and they picked up the phone on me every single time. Other company’s would not pick up the phone on me and after leaving voicemails never got one call back. If you’re serious about getting a job professionally done these guys are it , no hassles and if they say the job will be done, it will .He had Dan & Don with him as well , they were always respectful and never stopped working , Great guys . These guys did a fantastic job . I would not waste my time with others company’s depending on hope . I had a new septic system installed on the property in which they promised they will have a complete in five days and in which they kept there promise .

Highly recommend Sam and Savior Plumbers for their prompt and knowledgeable services and reasonable prices. They were the 3rd quote I had come out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet and the only ones who would execute to completion. We have bad shut off valves, and the other plumbers I called would not fix the faucet without a full building shut off. We will be replacing all our shut off valves with Sam and reaching out to Savior Plumbers first for all our future plumbing needs.

The team at Avantel Plumbing recently installed a new garbage disposal in my kitchen and I was very pleased with their work. They were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services again.

After waiting for 2 days of another company promising to come, I called Chicago Water Heater and received immediate attention. Sam called me before he arrived to talk about my request. I found him to be very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job with my antiquated home. And he went above and beyond when he tried to find a part. I will use his services again and have already spread the word to friends and neighbors.

Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

I called the owner Darrell, on a Sunday for an emergency situation and he was the only company that could ACTUALLY provide same day service. He showed up to the property within 2 hours, and while we were on the phone he explained the issue to me and provided a great solution that saved me money long term. I will hands down be using him exclusively moving forward as my go-to electrician. 10/10.
