Best Tankless Water Heater in Chicago IL

Alex and his team did a great job, were very courteous, found the problem, explained the options and the process clearly and then fixed it very professionally. Last Monday, I left the house while tensed and didn’t know how the leakage and flooding at my home would eventually look like. Lucky enough, the technicians from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC were able to arrive and took control of the situation.

Chip and his coworker (who's name I didn't catch) did an amazing job replacing our busted toilet. They were quick, efficient and skilled! Would recommend!

I called for an quick service I required to close on my condo. They were able to fit me in, and the technician was professional and respectful - especially given the circumstances (during COVID).

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Good but expensive service.

The service I experienced from Right Away Plumbing was great and I would highly recommend their services. After Home Depot failed to properly install my washer and dryer and caused damage while attempting to install the washer and dryer several times, I called Right Away Plumbing. George and Anthony came out the next morning, repaired the damages Home Depot caused and properly installed my washer and dryer. They took detailed pictures of the before / after results and provided an invoice via email while at my condo. They even took a look at my leaky sink for free. George and Anthony were true professionals. I wish I would have called these guys the first time around.

We needed to have a plumber on call for a very important event. Robin and the team were wonderful and helped us every step of the way to ensure we were ready if anything happened. I appreciate the team and will be using them again in the future.

They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

Had them come out to quote a job. Contacted them twice after the walk-through to get the quote and they never contacted me back.

Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

Victor was very patient and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my plumbing issues and was able to come out the next day to help. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

Had them come over to look at a steam unit for me. They were upfront about the fact they do not normally work on these types of units. Still looked at it, and worked on some fuses to see if they could get it to fire up. While they weren't able to fix it, they gave me good next steps to get it fixed. Will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.
