Power Plumbing replaced the failed wax ring which caused problems downstairs; they successfully dealt with the bad original installation of the toilet, unclogged the bathroom sink, and replaced parts which caused the toilet to run so often. I smiled as I wrote the check. Highest recommendation.

Dennis came out to our house on 2 hours notice to snake some grease from our main sewer line. I found him to be extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He also shared a lot of his knowledge related to practice measures to take in the future to avoid a repeat emergency. I woke up this morning and I was devastated as I walked down into my basement and noticed that we had standing water on our floors. I wasn't sure who to call. So I went to Google and that's when I reached out to Chicago Water Heater and Pump Specialists. Sam the plumber who came out was extremely professional, prompt, wore PPE and was able to diagnose and resolve our situation quickly. He replaced our sewer pump and corroded metal lid. Prices were fair, work was done the same day, and he even cleaned the area which was a nasty mess. I highly recommend this company and ask for Sam To handle all your plumbing needs.

We've used Doc Mechanical a few times now for various plumbing issues in our home. I appreciate how professional and neat they are but also how they explain things to us non-plumbers! We also appreciate their honesty and while I don't have a whole lot to compare to, I believe their pricing is affordable. Hopefully we won't need to use them for a while but will definitely call them when needed!
