Best Sewer Blockage in Chicago IL

I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink and Bruce (2930) from Roto Rooter helped to not only fix the leak, but also replaced my newly purchased kitchen faucet. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct from the repair process all the way to the payment details. He was very polite and communicated everything he was doing to resolve my issues. Because it was such a simple fix he also helped reduce the cost. Roto Rooter should be very proud to have someone as courteous and helpful as Bruce. I would recommend him to my friends and family! I almost forgot to mention - this was all on a Saturday, and if you are like me you know how difficult it is to have someone come out on a Saturday and not be charged Emergency rates. Very good service.Had a busted spigotMindful of the property: fresh shoe covers to protect flooring, made sure doors were closed each time as they were walking indoors and outdoors, offered to move and replace anything which was in their way.Respectful to owner: took time to explain issues, show problem, explain fix and answer questions. Offered honest opinions even if there was an opportunity for additional work. Did also offer additional quotes for future work.A little pricey, but for utility work I'd rather hire a company I have confidence in to get the job done well. Also, there work is warrantied for a year at least, longer on big ticket items.

They were extremely professional and the job was done just as discussed (check valve and eductor pump). My basement flooded during a massive storm but they came out right away to give me a quote and got it done quickly after I called to schedule it. Would definitely use them again!
