This means YOU get to pay $70 for the privilege of having them visit your home without doing any work.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. they just lost a multi-year dedicated customer.I'll find a local plumber to support rather than a large company now.---------Our technician Yuri (1195) was very professional and thorough. He had previously performed this same service for us and was able to not only address our issue, but also provide suggestions for future maintenance. Roto-Rooter is my go to plumbing service.

Aiden was able to come and fix the issue within an hour. He also stayed with me and explained what happened and things to look for in the future.

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

CPE was very professional and knowledgeable about the problems that did exist with my sewer pipes and could arise. They answered every question I asked without hesitation.

Not happy at all. They did work for me. I'm still having issues. They said they would come this morning, and when I call, my call is ignored. They didn't keep their appointment this morning. They offered a 30 day warranty and don't keep their word. I will not use again.Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

They came out promptly just after a 5-6 am phone call and inspected the issue. While we get the building owners approval for repairs the plumber was kind enough to let us know which facilities we could still use. I than them for their kindness prompt response, professionalism and especially honesty. Thank you
