Call to make an appointment on Friday and was given a time frame between 10 and 12 today. Not only did no one showed up, I was given a call 5 minutes before 12pm and no one showed up as mentioned. When speaking to Burris, he mentioned to me that he never shows up although that's what I was told would happened and he also mentioned that he had a doctor's appointment which to me didn't make sense if you knew this upfront then why give me the time frame. It's unfortunate that this happens a lot with black owned businesses and this is part of the reason why it's difficult to do business with black owners when you have this lack of professionalism and lack of people showing up when making appointments. It really sucks because, all of the reviews and feedback were promising but I guess everyone's experience is different. Would not Recommend!

Sims & Sons is responsive. They came over to fix an emergency within a few hours after we called. Zeno and David are professional and they fixed our problem quickly.

I have used HandiCo several times and these guys are always spot on. They fairly review the work, provide helpful hints that might solve the problem before their visit and always provide top notch work. I would use these guys for any small jobs around the house!

Just wrapped a drywall repair from water damage project with Fix it People. Armando worked on our house and he was professional, timely and ensured the work was complete and turned out great.
