This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.

Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well

I will use this plumbing service in the future.

This company is by far superior to all others -- Have you ever had a company come out and waive the service fee because he saw it was a senior (87 years old) woman who had no heat because the boiler was on its last leg? This is what Mr. Burris did -- EVEN MORE, he referred her to a social service agency to get her help in replacing the boiler! Who can beat that?
Thank you Mr. Burris for your assistance and referral but thank you even more for having a heart for seniors and children, yes, those were his words and he stands by them.

Amazing!!!! Not only did Captain Rooter clear out my root infestation that every other company couldn’t do and said that I need a clean out installation and dig up my yard cause the cutter opening was to small and couldn’t clear out line ! Then the Captain Came out and suggested that hydro jetting would clear out line and the roots and I wouldn’t have to dig up anything , So... ok. Let see if this is true , long be hold 2 hours later clean as a whistle they showed me with the camera before and after I was impressed and saved me Thousands on top of that !!!! The real deal hydro jetting saved the day!!! you learn something new every day thanks guys!!

They came out promptly just after a 5-6 am phone call and inspected the issue. While we get the building owners approval for repairs the plumber was kind enough to let us know which facilities we could still use. Sims and Sons did a great job. Darell is very responsive and personable. As a landlord, and living out of town, it was a comfort to have the frequent communication. He sent multiple before and after photos and walked me through the repairs as they were happening. He was able to call in extra help from his team to ensure the job was completed correctly
and on time. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed a full length mirror and several pictures hung. The handyperson arrived on time and was very friendly. He made several suggestions for the best location for hanging our items and was in and out in no time at all. We would definitely use HandiCo again!
