While fixing a sink ourselves, our main water valve got stuck in the off position on a Saturday. (The knob would turn but it wouldn't open the valve and release water into our house.) Mike first tried to troubleshoot for us over the phone for free, and even offered to video chat to walk us through the fix ourselves. We were nervous we'd break the valve ourselves and end up with a mess, so we braced ourselves to wait until Monday (with no water) for his team to come out. A couple hours later he called me back and said he could fix it for me today, on a Saturday evening. He came in, found that the repair was even easier than he anticipated, and only asked for a fraction of what he quoted us. He came through for us in an emergency on a Saturday, did honest work, and requested an honest price. We're so lucky we found him and are saving his number for future needs. Thank you, Mike!!!

These guys are amazing - super great human beings, flexible and very knowledgable. Sims & Sons are my electricians for life. I had so many questions and concerns (we live in a building that's over 100 years old), and they took the time to explain everything. Very thorough and considerate.

Not happy at all. They did work for me. I'm still having issues. They said they would come this morning, and when I call, my call is ignored. They didn't keep their appointment this morning. They offered a 30 day warranty and don't keep their word. I will not use again.Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I have called At Water Plumbing numerous times over the past year and they have yet to disappoint. Recently, they replaced a hot water tank in my basement prep kitchen in a difficult location, needless to say they did a great job and they did it quickly. At Water has also introduced me to HAP Systems at my new location, very innovative piece of equipment, I wish I would have thought of it. I look forward to working with At Water on my next project.

This is a medical dental facility we got problems at the patient toilets ! We call them and they answered directly! It was a Saturday and I wasn’t expecting that good and fast service! I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
