Ron can to look at the job last month and made the proposal. I like that the person who looked at the job and made the estimate was the same person who did the work.

My go-to plumber for the last year. In Feb 2019 replaced an injector pump that flooded my basement on the same day I called him, very fair price. I was a little doubtful at first. I had reached Power Plumbing through Plumbers911, and the overnight answering service they used was unhelpful and a little rude.

Luckily when Ray called back the next day, things were dramatically better. Bob was able to help out later that afternoon and was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and instructed me on how to do some basic servicing and repairs of my own. I'm glad I was able to find them, and I'll definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing needs.

Initial communication is superb- cordial and punctual. Then it goes downhill pretty fast. Took about five months to repair from flooding. A number of miscommunications including to haul the floor material ourselves. Lots of patching problems rather than actual fixing.
