These guys did a really good job installing a new drain pipe under my kitchen sink. Eugene was very responsive and provided me the lowest price compared to other plumbers I looked at. I would definitely recommend this company!

Good Local Chicago Guys! The most polite plumbers I've ever encountered. When I opened the door the plumber asked if his truck was parked properly, then asked, May I come in? Before entering the guy unrolled a small rug, steps on the rug and covers his boots with plastic booties. I was immediately at ease with this guy. After he successfully unclogged my kitchen drain he cleaned up. I never had a plumber do that. It was extremely respectful and unexpected. Goode Plumbing is now my plumbing company for life. If you are looking for the best plumbers in Chicago, give these guys a call!

Matt is a great guy with an awesome team. I've been managing a building for the last three years and give them a call whenever a plumbing issue pops up. It seems like it is always a ASAP situation and they always work to fit me into the schedule. Matt and his team have always been friendly and professional. The one time there was an issue with their work he immediately came back and fixed the issue at no extra charge. I know I'll be using them in the future.

I called for help when I had big problems with shower and another company referred to come in last moment. Mike's company didn't do anything too even came !!

Handico was a great company to work with. They were easy to schedule, and when we had trouble with our lighting they came out and fixed the problem right away. Very professional, and will use again!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

Amazing!!!! Not only did Captain Rooter clear out my root infestation that every other company couldn’t do and said that I need a clean out installation and dig up my yard cause the cutter opening was to small and couldn’t clear out line ! Then the Captain Came out and suggested that hydro jetting would clear out line and the roots and I wouldn’t have to dig up anything , So... ok. Let see if this is true , long be hold 2 hours later clean as a whistle they showed me with the camera before and after I was impressed and saved me Thousands on top of that !!!! The real deal hydro jetting saved the day!!! you learn something new every day thanks guys!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!

Company was assigned via my home warranty service. They came and assessed my water heater, and didn't give me any insight to the issue and just left and never got back to me! I eventually got hold of them 3 days later after leaving messages, texts and calls. when the owner spoke to me, they were so rude and believed they didn't owe me an update until they had spoken to the insurance company, not even just a basic diagnostic on what the issue was. i cancelled the work order and went to a more professional company!

Any company that would employ Scott Treiber is totally untrustworthy

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
