Goode Plumbing has provided consistently excellent service and follow-up throughout the over 9 years we have lived in our new construction SFH. Diagnosing, repairing and replacing as necessary, and giving detailed instructions on how to prevent future issues/do our own maintenance where possible. Most recently, Mike T. was at our home to inspect our water heater on a Friday afternoon (which was not operating, and failed all of the tests we were comfortable running on our own). He showed us immediately upon arrival where the issues were -- including leaking in several spots, corrosion, and a broken burner. We were delighted when he offered to come the next day at no additional charge to replace it. His service Saturday was also impeccable. All in all, Mike saved us a ton of money by advising us to purchase a smaller replacement water heater (the one previously in place was far too large for our family, and would be costly to replace with one of same size), and also helped address a shortcut (one of many, unfortunately) that the builders made when constructing our home. In doing so, Mike ensured we would not have certain frustrating problems with our water going forward -- not to mention damage to our other water-dependent appliances, and a shortened life to our new water heater. The person I spoke with basically told me he was too busy to take care of my problem because he had too many other calls come in that day. Why did you even call me back then? Was the real reason because the job was too small or not to your liking? So unprofessional. Will never call this company again.

I can't imagine a better plumbing company. I first called them when water stopped draining down our kitchen sink. They came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared it. A few weeks later, when we noticed a leak coming from our closet ceiling, I called right away. They came out quickly again, diagnosed the exact problem, explained why the pipe had corroded, and repaired it with no time wasted. Unlike a lot of companies, these guys have always worked efficiently, accurately, cleanly, at reasonable rates, and got the job done right. This is the only plumber I'll call in the future.
