Best Equipment Installation in Chicago IL

We are first time Roto-Rooter customers. Our sewer backed up early on a Sunday afternoon. Andre and Richard arrived within 2 hours. They were friendly, professional and informative. They charge was more than reasonable, especially considering it was a Sunday call. I will definitely be a repeat customer (for any plumbing service needs).

Edwin has always been uber responsive and professional when we've used him. We had him install a new kitchen faucet, fix a leaky toilet, and clean and fix bathroom sink drains. He's been able to fix all of our issues and is overall very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

How refreshing to have a business run in such a straightforward and professional manner. The girl on the phone was very nice and was very clear about how they operate. I was in need of several small jobs in an older house that we are trying to renovate. Dmitri was professional, and made great recommendations for us during his initial walk through. Understanding I am on a tight budget, Dmitri was happy to help with the installation of our shower feed lines, fixing aleak that had been problematic. Further, his technician did an amazing job installing our new toilet and his workmanship for the new piping was pristine. This is truly one of the few contractor experiences I've had that was without issue. I will certainly hire them again for our vlave replacement and new pipe installs throughout the rest of the house. REI Plumbing has fixed multiple issues in our old home from a simple replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet to what to do with smelly garbage disposal to fixing the bathroom plumbing after a toilet ring went bad. They are punctual and do a great job without charging you excessively. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
