The guys at Rocket Plumbing are first class in every way. My wife and I were remodeling one of the units in our building that required moving some of the pipes around as well as replacing some old galvanized steel water lines in the basement. Sam and Geoff were here working diligently all day and came back promptly the following day to finish up the work they still had left to do. They worked so well as a team to quickly and efficiently finish the project. Sam was polite, knowledgable, very skilled at his craft and took the time to explain all that he was doing. Geoff was equally as polite, very attentive, and without him the project would not have gone as smoothly as it did! Even Brian, the owner, even came by to say hi and make sure things were going well. We won't be going with anyone but Rocket Plumbing from here on out.

VanDerBosch Plumbing recommended $6,100 for work on a catch basin under my condo unit. I decided it was important to get a 2nd opinion and our condo board agreed. Power Plumbers conducted the 2nd opinion and determined the line in question is not in use, so the work was unnecessary.

It was a very simple process for Power to determine this and if you ask me, a crucial component every plumber should verify before they recommend such a big job - this would have involved ripping up my hardwood floor and 3 feet of concrete to get to the pipe.

Called three times, every time they hung up on me. Some kind of service they have.

Professional crew, were prompt and on schedule, did what it took to solve the problem on a single visit, explained things to me along the way and will gladly be a reference for them.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

Avantel Plumbing installed a new gas line in my commercial building and I was very impressed with their work. They were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

This company is awesome! !! We called another company Rotor rooter first, and they gave us the run around for 3 days!! then we call Halsted Sewer and Drain, they came out the next morining and took care of our catch base problems, Roger Sr and Rj are the best, quick and efficient as well as professional!! We will definitely use them next time!!

Called GreenTech at 2:00pm-ish on a Thursday and was set up with an 8:00am appointment for Friday morning to scope out our sewer line. The individual on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to settle some of my anxieties. The technician, Mark, on Friday morning showed up on time following all CDC guidelines. Mark too, was very knowledgeable. After assessing and evaluating the interior of the home and running a few small tests to verify the sewer layout he got right to work scoping the sewer. He did an initial evaluation of the sewer and then did it again and recorded a video of the second run. On the second run Mark narrated the camera view. I was also provided a thumb drive of the narration and video of the sewer scope. Was very impressed with the thoroughness of the service and the fact I got a record of what we can’t see underground.

Shoddy workmanship and customer service, you get what you pay for. They will mess something up inevitably and good luck getting them to fix it. They have many company names and several complaints with the BBB. I just wish I would have known that before I used them. BIG MISTAKE!

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn’t fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it?. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What??? No responsibility or just saying, “we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it...So frustrating. Unbelievable!!
