Sims & Sons are great! Zeno and David were quick and professional. In about an hour, Zeno and David were able to move a 500+ lbs refrigerator, diagnose the leaky water line, run out to buy a replacement braided stainless steel hose, reinstall the new hose, and move the refrigerator back.

During the initial conversations, there was a question regarding the water shut-off for the refrigerator water line and code compliance (turned out to be a non-issue) -- scoping out the work in a responsible and compliant manner was very much appreciated. I got the sense that this was a reputable company and not one that can be categorized as one and done.
