Mike was great. We wanted to close an old grease trap in our basement, and another plumber made it sound like a huge job. Mike said Goode Plumbing could do it a better way for less money, and explained everything carefully. Then he accidently found a leak with our 30 year old water heater, and was able to offer us a great price for a replacement. No upselling, straightforward assessment of our problem, showed up on time. And then our neighbor saw his van and asked if Mike could look at a problem in her house, and he went right over when he was done with us. I wish we had called Goode first.

Mr. Burris is a professional and very knowledgeable. He takes the time and explain what he is doing and won't overcharge you. I would definitely recommend him for any heating, air and plumbing repairs. I have had to use him for all of them and he has come through everytime. Mr. Burris is a keeper.

Mike and team saved the day. When calling for an estimate the young lady taking my call was very professional. Mike and team showed up within 24 hours and gave an accurate estimate. Avantel Plumbing installed a new gas line in my commercial building and I was very impressed with their work. They were knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Jim the owner, was very upfront about costs. I knew my water heater was closing in on its end of life and fully knew the risk slapping a band-aid on the issue. Jim came in, fixed the problem (faulty ignition/pilot box) and didn’t try to sell me a new water heater. I’m sure it was a walk in the park for him and I didn’t want to try to do a YouTube repair that made it worse. His rate was better than all the other “Big House” companies that I called and came out to look at it. I’ll be calling him when I absolutely need a new one.

I have called At Water Plumbing numerous times over the past year and they have yet to disappoint. Recently, they replaced a hot water tank in my basement prep kitchen in a difficult location, needless to say they did a great job and they did it quickly. At Water has also introduced me to HAP Systems at my new location, very innovative piece of equipment, I wish I would have thought of it. I look forward to working with At Water on my next project.

Darrell and his team did such an exceptional job at replacing my ceiling fan with flush mount and install two sconces. From the initial communication with Darrell, he was very transparent with how they would complete the work and provided various options for me to make sure I felt good about the work and the price. Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

Not happy at all. They did work for me. I'm still having issues. They said they would come this morning, and when I call, my call is ignored. They didn't keep their appointment this morning. They offered a 30 day warranty and don't keep their word. I will not use again.Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
