Best Drain Rooter Plumber in Chicago IL

Roto rooter called me back and said the service tech would be there in 30 minutes and he was right on time.he was very knowledgeable and did a great job unclogging the kitchen faucet.Very professional,polite and did a very clean job.Excellent service from Howard..I would recommend Roto Rooter and Howard to all my friends that have a plumbing problem.

WARNING!! TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE APEX Plumbing and Sewer Services!!!! They improperly installed a sump pump in my finished basement in May 2022. They DO NOT back there services! I have tried to reach the owners on 3 occasions to explain that the pump failed after 10 months and got no call back. A more reputable company came in and explained to me that their was work was sloppy and not properly installed. Specifically. they did not replace a broken check valve and did not properly fasten and seal the sump pump cover. Plus the fact that their Made in China pump failed and refused to contact me and explain themselves after I sought a partial refund. I paid $2500 for this work which took less than a hour for them to complete. Also a ridiculous amount given a pump casts approx. $500. THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! I am reporting them to BBB and I warn anybody to use a more reputable company.

Quality work. Response time was incredible and discussed options to resolve our flooding issue in our basement. I have and will continue to recommend they to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.

We were having issues with our main line being backed up and there were two companies we called and no success. We were told that the tree roots were so bad that we would have to spend close to $1,000 to cut through the bad roots and we didn't have a good feeling about paying for this service. Thanks to Bert our main line is open we paid less than 300 and we're back in business. I would refer anyone to this company and thanks again Bert for great service.

Mike and team saved the day. When calling for an estimate the young lady taking my call was very professional. Mike and team showed up within 24 hours and gave an accurate estimate. They were back the following day on time and saved the day. I had a terrible clog in my basement piping. They were able to fix the problem in an hour. I will definitely recommend their services.

Outstanding! First time we encountered a clogged sewage or sewer. We called the company and in an hour Daniel came. Did a good job, He did not stop until He fixed the problem. We found out a lot of root trees in our pipes causing the clogged. Almost 2 hours working on it. I salute Him! Very hard working person. Thank you so much for all you've done.
