Thank you Roto-Rooter , you truly saved us from what could have been a major disaster. Your prompt service and professionalism was five star. Our pump in the front of our house quit working and was pushing waste water back into our basement. Your technician was able to get a new pump and install it that same night. Yes, we probably paid way to much for the repair but I guess in the long run saved us from having to call in a clean up crew. Thank you!!!

A drain in my basement was draining slowly and the p-trap of the drain appeared to be broken. I called the plumber in to dig up the floor around the drain and put in a new pipe with a p-trap. They dug up the pipe and found some problems with the connection to the sewer. They had to do more extensive repairs than first suspected. They completed the job in a day and a half and the price came in higher than the estimate but about what I expected given the additional work. The basement floor was restored with a layer of concrete around the new drain cover.

Mike and Kevin did a great job. They did their job the right way and found the problem to the core. Even saved us some money by finding the root cause. Now our plumbing is better than ever thanks to Mike and Kevin. We will be using these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

My partner and I had been getting price quotes to replace our 50 gallon water heater and contacted 4 plumbing companies. We received quotes that were astronomical and knew that the upfront cost would be expensive however enter REI Plumbing and Donal Reilly. He could not have been more professional in answering our questions and never ever did he use any sales tactics. We received a price quote with a breakdown of what would be done and immediately knew we would be having REI do the work. Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 showed up exactly on time and were very nice and showed care and concern for our home and keeping things neat and tidy. They did such a great job on the installation and with the copper pipe installed it looks like a work of art. We can't begin to thank Donal, and both Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 for such a great job!! Do yourself a favor if you are looking for price quotes and call the team at REI because you won't regret it!! We now have a plumber we trust and won't hesitate to call anytime we need work done.

Very misleading service. They charge you before doing the job. That’s if they even do the job correctly.
