The technician Joseph was very polite. Whatever questions I had he took the time to explain it in details. That was wonderful. Rotor rooter also does donations for food drives that warmed my heart. Not only do they clean your drains they also help fill the bellies around the community's. Thank you For all you do.

Pipe burst in my house. I have some experience fixing water lines but was intimidated to start. He gave me ideas over the phone to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself and save a bunch of money. He was willing to come to the house within hours to fix the problem if I was unable. I really appreciate his attitude of helping rather than making an easy buck. Thanks!!!

I was having trouble with my bathroom overflowing for the past 2 weeks tried everything I could, Decided to give them a call and they were able to make it out the next day ! Great service, the guy who came out was very helpful and explained everything to us before during and after the service !

I have had a very poor experience with this company.

First, they missed their appointment and didn’t give me any notification - they never showed up day of. I was told they would come first thing the following morning but the plumber did not arrive until the afternoon.

I hired them for a simple job of replacing a leaky valve and also replacing a water faucet I had already purchased. Ultimately, I was charged $520 (labor alone) for what I would consider a basic job. The service fee of $120 was not waived or deducted from the final bill.

After the job, I noticed a pool of water below the sink and had to call him back. Even after the second visit, there was still a leak so I had to call him back a 3rd time to finally finish the job.

Lastly, I was supposed to get a quote for installing a disposal but that never came even though I asked for it twice.

Huge waste of time and money.

Donny and George were great - punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and shared their expertise with us (a couple of first time, ding-dong homeowners). Would absolutely recommend them!

Extremely expensive plumbing company. For rodding the bathtub (up to 15 ft) they charged me $350. Service was during regular hours, during the weekday.
Don't use them.
