I wish I could write and encourage Roto Router to give him a managerial position, more wages or increased salary. It turned out that there was an over-looked and underlined problem that still needed to be addressed. RR sent another tech out (MARK-2840) an he found additional problems that the first tech missed. I had a few concerns that really bothered me, however, after MARK-2840 was finished, I felt reassured that my problem with the plumbing had been finally, resolved. Mark allowed me to watch (look over his shoulder, literally), and ask as many questions as I wanted; believe me, there were lot of concerns but he was patient and helped me to understand the over-looked blockages that were not unblocked just a few days prior. I have to say Mark was even more thorough and detailed oriented than Mike (the first tech RR sent to my home) was. I guess, I will have to see whether or not this fix will be successful but as far as I can tell, Mark has completely unblocked the pipes, and the water is flowing again without backing up into my kitchen sink or basement flow. Please apply his courtesy and superb skills to this review. I have learned quite a lot from him and commend him for his efforts and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends by his name and tech number.This time, for a certainty, I thank RR for sending someone who actually knows how to tackle the blockage problems of build-up soap/crumb. Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

The booster pump for my water began leaking so I called Apex in the morning. They arrived within 30 minutes and gave me a free estimate along with a few options for what I could do. I decided to have the pump replaced with a better model. They went to get the pump right away, returned and installed it all within a few hours. Chuck and Aiden did a great job and I highly recommend their work!

Kuhn is extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are worth every penny because they fix problems correctly the first time. I use them for multiple properties and no plumbing issue is too large or small.

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. We had two toilets that weren’t flushing properly and I made the mistake of contacting a plumber who told us that we might need to entirely replace our toilets. I called Matt and he sent his plumbers out the next day. Within minutes of arriving, they knew exactly how to fix them and gave me a very reasonable quote. They worked efficiently and they definitely knew what they were doing! I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

I had a water softner installed by this company a few months ago and they did an amazing job. They showed up on time, and had all the parts on the truck. The plumber was great in explaining everything and left the room spotless when he was finished with the job.

Extremely expensive plumbing company. For rodding the bathtub (up to 15 ft) they charged me $350. Service was during regular hours, during the weekday.
Don't use them.
