Best Backflow Inspection in Chicago IL

The plumber tried to rod the main sewer line but was unsuccessful wanted $710 for this service. Wanted to upsell me to power jet cleaning for $1200 on top of the $710.Called another plumber and they were successful rodding it for $300. Never going to use Roto-Rooter and will tell everyone I know not to use Roto-Rooter. Way too pricy and try to upsell to a service that was not needed.

Chas, Geoff and Dave were excellent! We had an emergency sewer issue at my condo. They made us their morning priority, diagnosed and resolved the issue in the same day. Chas also explained what was happening and why and how to minimize the issue in the future. He also provided guidance on maintenance. I highly recommend APEX.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

Communication was great between setting up an appointment and the plumber keeping us up to date on their arrival. Geoff came out and gave us an assessment and was able to service our issue on the spot. Definitely would recommend!

The guys Matt had out said he'd be back to fix the shoddy caulking and bring back tools to finish the work on the toilet. They were paid $950 for their work and they never came back. I was in contact with Matt, the owner, for weeks trying to get him or them to come out and finish but each time they never showed up or replied so I'd have to reinitiate the conversation. It's been over a month now and he obviously got paid and will not be back. You can't trust an owner that care this little.

There was a slight odor coming from the kitchen sink in my rental. Andrei was able to pinpoint the problem to a clogged main drain. This was also affecting the washing machine as both drains led to the main drain. Other plumbing companies were overcharging me and telling me to buy a new garbage disposal. In the end this wouldn’t solve the problem. Andrei’s solution was the right one and his price was fair. I highly recommend Andrei!

I initially received a quote for toilet repair, didn't know this was a high end quote based on a worst case scenario. Plumber came promptly, made the repair, re-installed the toilet, very professional and high quality work. Then plumber surprised me saying the price will be lower than quoted because the work was not as extensive as suspected !!! Now, that's how a business should be ran, quality work with honesty and integrity.I will definitely be using Green Tech for any future plumbing needs.Thanks.

Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. After confirming an appointment the day before these guys no-called, no-showed me which is unbelievable considering how easy it is to call/text in today’s world. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Zero stars if I could.
