I called Mr. Rooter for repair of a leaking Quest water pipe connection. Sam Bailie was assigned the project & arrived within the designated time scheduled. He listened to my update regarding the leak (which was an additional leak I found after previous contractors had repaired a different section of the water line). I was given an estimate & Sam went to collect the materials needed for the repair. He was pleasant, professional, & wore a mask & shoe covers. Sam did a beautiful job repairing the leak.
