Best Water Supply Pipes in Chesapeake VA

Bad customer service. Came to do an estimate on work which is 50 dollars and were there for 15 min didn't check my pipe like I asked and charged me 170. The only thing they had to say to me on the phone was I didn't know how to run a business. Awful customer service, said they would call me back after talking to the tech and they never called. Where is a good plumbing service in this state??

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

He explained everything thoroughly and provided a detailed cost of repairs. He was pleasant and courteous and made us feel at ease during his visit. He didn't pressure us to do work that was not necessary. Would highly recommend him in the future.

Plumbing technician was VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL BUT ROTO ROOTERS PRICES ARE EXTREMELY HIGH END. The job was COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY. I would recommend this company to ANYONE AND EVERYONE, but you'd better have some money STASHED AWAY SOMEWHERE😊

Rob and company have done several jobs for me. Both large and small. Never crosses my mind whether a job is within his scope of work. Never a need for a call back, or warranty work. Would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

Jim and his son came out to fix a shower leak for an old Delta shower faucet. The model was so old, that he had to research and build a new cartridge from parts he had in his van. Not only did he take the extra time needed to complete the job, he took the time to assure it was done right and solved the problem, saving me over $1000 in the process. He took the time to explain every step, and was upfront about the price. I would recommend Jim and his son to anyone needing plumbing work or repairs.
