We used Atomic a few years ago when we first moved into our house. Then when we needed more work we called them. We had no idea the same technician would be dispatched years later! Justin R is just wonderful! He listens to what we need, offers options with clear pricing and worked with us to pick the services we most urgently needed so it fit our budget. All without judgement. Justin is friendly and pleasant. He works with focus and confidence. The work was completed in a timely and competent manner. He’s been with Atomic for 10 years so there must be a good relationship there. I will not hesitate to call Atomic again for our plumbing needs. The magnet stays on the fridge.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.
