Technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the issue and explained to me why we were seeing a slow backup clog and how the pipes connected through my house. Scott and John did an amazing job in installing several toilets in my home, and repairing a leaky faucet. Scott has previously installed my hot water heater, and he has consistently shown outstanding professionalism, pride in his job, he thoroughly explains everything, and make sure I am satisfied with the completed job prior to leaving. I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.
