We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

We had a great service with the technicians sent to repair our slab leak. Vonnie was very professional, communicated well with us and was very polite. I will be using A1 again for other plumbing jobs.

Tech came out to house late in the evening with a superb fix it attitude. I automatically felt comfortable with the tech based off first impression. Clean cut with a professional appearance. He attempted to snake the washer drain line. That was unsuccessful so he had to open up the wall to inspect the pipe. Found old galvanized piping in the wall. He explained my options in a clear professional manner. Came back the next evening at the agreed time that was convient for me and he replaced the old pipe with new pipe. I was extremely impressed with the techs patience. I used a home warranty loan company for the repair and well.. let's just say that was a lengthy process. I was more bothered by it then the tech. Signed the paperwork shook hands and he went on his way. He always carried himself physically and verbally like a professional.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool
