Best Septic System Repairs in Chesapeake VA

I needed a gas regulator replacement on my meter and this company gave me one quote for $900 the first time then came back a day later and gave me a quote for $1700! I asked them if they could explain the charges or send me an itemization of what was being performed. I knew the part on the high end was about $200, but the labor alone was $1100! This job is quick as I removed the previous one in under 45 mins. I asked why so expensive and the receptionist said it is what it is. I reported this company to the BBB and went with a local competitor who charged me under $800 for thebwhole job. This company is not good and with their attitude and unprofessionalism when I asked questions about the quote was offputting. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would.

I can see why this place has a very high rating! The guy that came to the house was professional, kind and courteous and very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what the issue was and went right to work, he was in a out in about 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced compared to other plumbing services in the area.They do offer a military discount as well!

We have now used Precision on two plumbing projects and I could not be happier with their work. Our property has some tricky older plumbing, so we are used to things not being easy but Precision has made it smooth sailing. The first repair they did involved the installation of an outdoor main line clean out which has helped to significantly reduce backups in our line and to allow easy access for future snaking/clean outs that are necessary due to original construction. They were even gentle with the landscaping in the work area which has not been the case in the past with other contractors/companies. The second involved a leak under our kitchen sink. Both plumbers were punctual, communicative, and open about our options. The work has always been solid, timely, and reasonably priced. They are our go-to plumbers now.

Jim and his son drove all the way out to Suffolk the same day we called him. He was prompt, thorough, and happy to explain everything to me and my mom. He kept everything clean and was done with the clog in 90 minutes. He even stood around with us while we ran the washing machine to make sure the pipes were absolutely clear. I admit I wish the cost had been less, but I still think we paid a fair price considering it was a last minute/long distance/emergency call. After they left, my mom said, Now THAT'S good service! Thanks again, guys!
