Great experience! Prompt and professional. I've used Premier Plumbing several times and always have great communication and follow-up. There was an issue at one of my rental properties after an initial plumbing repair - they responded immediately, coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. We had hired a gentleman from this company a few years ago to replace our exterior hose bibs. He did an excellent job.

This year we hired them back to take care of a leaky tub faucet and replace a kitchen faucet. It has been a disaster.

They never truly fixed the bath tub faucet and twisted it so badly they broke pipes and it has resulted in a very expensive job involving plumbing and drywall.

They also replaced the disposal on our sink, but left the pipes in such disarray, there was no adhesive used and the pipes leaked.

We have had to hire another plumber and spent hundreds of dollars fixing their mistakes

I will never use them again and would highly recommend against anyone using them. The people they sent out for this latest fiasco had no idea what they were doing and cost us a great deal of money. They refused to come out and do the job right.

James was such a tremendous help to our family. He was so professional and helped us get back to regular plumbing. He actually cared about our issue and made sure before he left he cleaned up his mess and made sure that everything was working. I would highly suggest roto-rooter to anyone who needs quick help.
