We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Josh DiMarco is amazing. He came into the townhouse I rent to replace a hot water heater in the attic. There were several issues he had to deal with immediately, that he handled extremely professionally and took the time to explain everything. He went above and beyond. One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.

Precision Plumbing & Drain came well recommend by a friend and they didn't disappoint! Quick response time, highly skilled crew and pricing I was happy with. Respectful of Covid guidelines in our home. Two weeks after the first job, I had a slab leak and Precision replaced all the pipes in the house and out to the main. They did great work and cleanup. Exceeded expectations all around.
