Best Kitchen Fixture Installation in Chesapeake VA

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Shawn was AWESOME!! He was punctual and knowledgeable. Weekend service was greatly appreciated. I had clogged sink which resulted in dishwasher leakage onto floor!! I was not happy!!! However... Shawn fixed it and my family and I enjoyed the rest of our weekend. Shawn was also SUPER NICE!!

Josh DiMarco is amazing. He came into the townhouse I rent to replace a hot water heater in the attic. There were several issues he had to deal with immediately, that he handled extremely professionally and took the time to explain everything. He went above and beyond. The experts from Norfolk Plumbing fixed my water radiator heating system after having been told by other heating/cooling companies that I just need to give up on it and get a HVAC system. I like my radiant heat and was determined to get it fixed. I contacted Norfolk plumbing and they were very passionate about finding the issue esp since my home was built in 1910 and had additions built to it and had some old pipes. After checking everything out they were able to find a hidden panel that I had no clue about where the valves were located. They came back and changed out the valve and I have heat again! Thanks Norfolk plumbing for spending the time to figure it out vs trying to sell me a new system.

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too.
