Great experience! Prompt and professional. I've used Premier Plumbing several times and always have great communication and follow-up. There was an issue at one of my rental properties after an initial plumbing repair - they responded immediately, coordinated with my tenant and fixed the issue. Things happen and this company stands by their work. I am happy to recommend them, and will call on them again the future.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

Technician was extremely professional and thorough. He was on time and communicative about each step he was taking. He had to get a part and was very timely with his return after getting the part. Left everything exactly as before. Great service!

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

Quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair on the same day I called. Richard is the honest plumber everyone needs, and I'd recommend him for every job/repair.

I've had two different plumbing tasks handled by Anthony, and am extremely impressed with how hard he works and how fast, and how well he does the tasks. He is not the first plumber that I have had do work in my home, and I am posting five stars as a carefully considered comparison. I had a plugged drain cleared (of a squirrel, no less), and bathroom faucets replaced. Anthony, of Cecilia's Home Repairs, responded to my drain blockage incident more quickly than other plumbers of my area. He was interested in performing quality work and using quality parts, cheerful, and quick about getting things done, and cleaned up after himself. I consider his pricing eminently fair, too. Everyone at Norfolk Plumbing has been such a joy to work with, Jeff, Ruth, Alex and all the staff are very Profesional and friendly. They came highly recommended and I can see why. The technician Alex Smith was sent to the house to install the plumbing for a shower I’m having installed. Alex did an absolute outstanding job on the installation. He wore his mask the entire time he was onsite and never once took a break. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was tidy and when he was finished he let me know he would be returning to complete the trim out. As a person that’s been in the trades a number of years I only wish I had employees like Alex and the team at Norfolk Plumbing.
