Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. The are not reliable. I have taken off from work multiple times and they don’t show up. No call no show. They just want high dollar repairs and do not put maintenance as a priority

On November 11, 2014 at 742am, one of their trucks ran a bus stop while the bus was loading children and even blowing its horn. The driver was in a hurry to get to the Hardees rather than the safety of the children and against the law that states that all vehicles are supposed to stop while a bus has its stop sign out and loading and or unloading children. The driver of the their cube truck was also very very rude and did not care at all. I will not do any type of business with any company that runs bus stops and has very rude drivers. All of this was caught on the buses cameras as well. The truck number was 11111.

I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

Daniel B. was very professional and we collaborated to figure out why my circuit kept tripping. Turns out the old, nonfunctioning microwave that came with my RV had melted into its plug. He capped off that line to prevent a possible future electrical fire, and replaced the plug that everything else in the living room was connected to. A++ would never use anyone else. Daniel may have saved my life!

These guys are pros . They don’t charge you by the hour. They have flat rates. The guy coming to your place been doing it for twenty years or more. They just did a job for me that would’ve cost me $400 if I went through someone else. They did it for much less. These guys are great.
