Best Electrical Problems in Chesapeake VA

In 2018 they sold us a Rheem HVAC system. We have had nothing but trouble since then. Every 6-8 months something else goes wrong. We have had to wait weeks for parts and at times it ended up not being what was truly wrong. They tell you they will call and don't call. The techs acknowledged more than once that the system is faulty, but we can't seem to get it replaced. Their customer is poor, we have been told that if we don't like the service to go elsewhere. However, we still have their faulty system under warranty. Run away from this company. So this is a blanket response to any unsatisfied customer. After being ignored, mislead, lied to and we have decided to cut our losses and get the system totally replaced by another reputable company.

He showed up toward the beginning of the service window, called when he was on his way, explained the issue with my faucet and worked quickly and efficiently to change out the old shut off valves that were causing problems. I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and up front pricing! I will definitely use Cecelia’s again. I feel like I can trust them!
