The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Pat arrived to my house and did an assessment of my chief complaint. He took care of it efficiently and the quality of work is spot on! I also appreciate the speed to repair!

Let me start by saying that Mr. James McMillan needs to do a commercial for this corporation. He was the embodiment of professionalism, courtesy, interpersonal skills, knowledge, and experience.I told him what was backed up and what I had tried...he put together his plan of action an executed. Since the home is old, he accounted for adjustments he'd have to make to his equipment and technique. And, voila! My drains were cleared! He worked hard and I do appreciate it!Thank you James and Roto-Rooter!

Joshua and his Minion were FANTASTIC. Easy to talk to explained what he was doing, if you were interested.

Not only was he able to fix the problem, install a new compressor, but he talked, joked and laughed while he was doing it. More technicians need to be able to do what Josh does.

The entire process was painless and I had a good time talking with them.

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
