A-1 worked with my schedule by coming out before work the very next day. I thought I would need a new water heater and was preparing myself for a huge bill. Jeremy was very helpful and polite. He quickly repaired my own water heater and saved me a bundle. He easily could have told me I needed to replace it right away and I would have done so.
