Best Clogs And Leaks in Chesapeake VA

Had all my plumbing back-up in my home at 1:00am. Couldn't flush any toilets or run water or else sewer/water would back-up into shower/tubs. Called around for emergency service and finally found A1 at 3:30am. I'm one hour drive from them and they were up front about costs. Gave me the option of paying extra $100 to come out within the hour or wait till 8:00am for normal pay hours which they also quoted me that costs. I chose 8:00am since it was only a wait of 3-4 more hours and I needed to sleep anyway. They called me promptly at 7:30am and stated they would be out by 8:00pm. I told them what the midnight tech said about 8:00am and I couldn't flush toilets or use my water. They put me on hold to talk to manager about moving schedules around. They did arrange to call some extra workers in to accommodate me and arrive between 10:00am-1:00pm. At 11:00am Chris B arrived and after looking everything over including my septic tank, he suggested pumping out septic tank first because clog looked like it was in main pipe into house. If that didn't work, and still having problems, he would come back out at a discounted price and run video through pipes. He quoted me the return costs if I needed him to return. At first I didn't think it was my tank because it's a new home and new 1500 gal system. We've only been in house a little over two years. Our old house we pumped tank every 3-5 years, it seemed too soon, so that's why I called plumber first. Had septic tank company here by 12:00pm. Upon inspection there was a clog right at the T in the tank causing backup. Pumped tank and inspected, all was fine and all flushed and drained fine after that. I am so thankful to A1 for responding so quickly. The Lord blessed and help me fine two fine companies to come out within an 8 hour window from my initial search from 3:30am. We live in the country and it's hard to find contractors to come out here let alone at 3:30am. I had a busy afternoon the next day and was able to complete all my errands including a pre-scheduled pick-up of new rescue kitty from the animal shelter!!

One Stop Plumping contacted me and provided me assistance with my plumbing issue. There was a misunderstanding between myself of them. My warranty company wasn't providing me all the necessary information regarding my claim and made false assumptions regarding the cause of the leak. I appreciate One Stop Plumping for taking the time to assist me in this matter.

Called about a plumbing issue Saturday morning and he said they would come by on Monday. Told me to text him all the info and they would call about 45 minutes prior. I did not hear anything from them at all and never showed up. There are plenty of plumbers out there and so I would not waste your time with this company. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and I could of called someone else to take care of the problem instead of waiting around for you to call.
