I purchased a home and during my home inspection report the jet bathtub would not turn on which was noted on the home inspection report. As part of the home inspection repairs, Wright Way plumbing was contracted by the seller and on the repair invoice Wright Way plumbing reported that it fixed a loose connection to the jet tub. When I took ownership of the home, the jet tub would not turn on. I called Wright Way plumbing and asked if they could come out and fix the problem that the jet tub wasn't turning on. During the call, I verified that I would not be responsible for the work to remedy the issue (since they had already been paid to fix it) and I was assured that this was going to be the case. When the techs arrived, they were able to turn the jet tub on several times after resetting the GFCI before it again tripped the GFCI. After googling some information on their tablet, the techs pried off the jet tub control panel and concluded that it was a faulty piece and needed to be replaced and that I would have to be charged for the part and labor to replace it once it came in. Separately, during this visit, one of the technicians broke my bathroom pocket door by removing it from its track as he was working on the tub electrical panel. I spoke to John Wright (the owner) that I did not believe I was responsible for the cost of the tub repairs since his company did work on the tub for the same issue for the home inspection. John offered crediting some labor costs towards replacing the control panel but still wanted to charge me for the part and any other labor greater than the original work. Also, John wanted me to take the issue with my realtor who agreed with me that Wright Way plumbing should remedy the problem and after several phone missed attempts between each other, I called John today to get a resolution and plan to move forward with the jet tub and pocket door. Right away, John became unprofessional describing me as a monkey with his hand in a cookie jarand refused to fix the door or fix the original jet tub problem. I terminated the phone call and will move on from this experience. I rarely, if ever, post negative reviews, but this is a case that needs to be communicated to all consumers. I will have to find someone else to actually fix the jet tub and my bathroom door.

The first Roto-Rooter plumber that arrived said that he needed to call a 2nd plumber because he was no physically able to do the required work under my house. That was a little disconcerting. However, the second plumber was very knowledgeable and had the job completed in less than 30 minutes.Roto-Rooter can be pricey, but my experience is that having work done right and within a reasonable timeframe is invaluable. I liked that I was always aware of the potential cost and had the opportunity to decline, if I was not comfortable with moving forward.

My experince today was going very not a good day,firstit start with my toilet and bathtub was backing up had to call around for some plumbing well the first plumbers that came around charge me and they did not fix the problem but they still charge me anyway, So i call these guys and the tech came over Dave #5131told him the problem and told him what was going on so he took look at things and he said he was going to try something first,So he did and wit in 5 to 10 minutes he had solve the problem fix toilet working and everything back to normal ,i want to say thank you so much Dave if i need this company again send me dave please .
