The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Very happy with the service provided it was a late night almost midnight call, tech was not mad or irritated to be up and out that late and didn't mind working in the cold rain. I will continue to use this company in the future

Once again the drain for my washer became clogged (third time ) It seems the pipe is old galvanized and needs to be replaced. I have five furry roommates that cause ALOT of hair!. I went on the internet to find a plumber and was lucky to find Tony & Son, he has over 100 stellar reviews. I also checked with the Better Business Bureau and he has an A+ rating with them with no disputes ! almost unheard of, so I gave him a call and explained my problem and he was out to my house in no time. They were able to clear the drain which was totally blocked and explained why this keeps happening. Tony then gave me a great price on replacing the entire line which will happen very shortly. Both he and his son were friendly, polite and respectful. GREAT JOB ! Thanks

The plumber, Dave, was friendly, quick, and thorough. The remediation tech, Mark, was helpful in navigating insurance claim paperwork, answered all of my questions and was an excellent communicator.

This will be the second time Bertolino Plumbing has helped me out in a jam! I have been out of town for a new job most of the week, and when I returned I discovered a couple issues. I was freaking out not knowing what to do, but knew who to call. Rob Bertolino came out for same day service and educated quite a bit about my system and about several other questions I had. He was very thorough, professional and very patient with me. I was a mess and I know I chatted his ear off telling him our house's life story lol

But he was great and I am very appreciative of his service! Quick, reliable, and educational!!

We even discussed having his company do the plumbing for our demolished master bathroom in the next few months.
