Can’t thank them enough for squeezing me in! I had a pipe burst that connected my sink, washer and dishwasher. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. So of course the most used appliances in my house were leaking under my house. Amy kept me informed every step of the way. Called each time to give a heads up they were coming, came in the time frame they gave me. They were awesome! Thank you guys!

Jose is an awesome guy. I called him about an issue with my hot water pressure we talked about it and he showed up on time and fixed the problem. He was very nice and professional. I called A-1 this morning to check on prices for a minor repair. Our puppy chewed up the power cord to the AC unit. We just needed that wire replaced. They told me $78 to evaluate and we would get a quote from there. I called and compared it with another company or two. After that I called them back and scheduled my repair for today. Me and my wife could NOT do another night roasting like last night. The technician, Jake B., came out quickly evaluated the problem (power cord needed replaced) told me what he was going to do and the cost. A bit higher than I thought it would be but reasonable. I told him to go ahead with the repairs. He not only did the repairs, but did some minor touch ups (i.e. bundling cords and taking preventive measures against puppies and wild weed whackers) as well. It was obvious he took pride in his work and the company he works for.
I will have NO hesitation in recommending this company and technician to my friends and family. I will also have no hesitation in calling them for any future work that I may need.

They did a sloppy job, fixing main pipe leak . It took them a few times to connect pipes after removed the concrete.... Did not replace the concrete as agreed , put back the old broken concrete and cover it up....The Owner Carlton Jones Gave us a warranty, but a couple of months later the pipe shoots up water again....the owner did NOT answer the phone , his mail box is full, NO response to text.
