Danny was the wonderful electrician that serviced my house. He arrived on time, & had a very warm, & friendly personality. He was super professional, & also very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He provided detailed information throughout every step of the process, as he was working on my home's many electrical issues. I would highly recommend Get Lit Electrical, & especially their electrical technician Danny, for any electrical work that anyone may need to get done in their home, or business. We had an emergency plumbing situation! We called several plumbers, but because of the high volume time everyone turned us away. We called Bud's and no surprise they were completely booked up too; however, they took the time to listen to our issue and actually sent a tech out that was between calls. This tech not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but took the time to remediate the issue so we're could have some functionality until they could come out for the complete fix. We could not be happier with Bud's service. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Great family business. Installed an outdoor shower and new indoor shower fixtures. Showed up on time, kept their work areas clean and minimized disruptions to my family. Highly recommend.

Great service! My hot water heater was diagnosed and fixed with in 30 minutes of arrival.

Will did a quick repair on toilet after going to Lowe's for the part. He tried 3 different stores to try to find what he needed to repair my sink faucet. There is only a Lowe's in this end of Suffolk so traveled a long ways to get that part. It did not fit but he was able to increase pressure in the faucet.

The guys came in and got right to work. Great job.

I've been a home owner for a long time. And sometimes stuff happens. Upon moving into my (new to me) older home, we learned about some of the bad things that people do with their flushing standards. This bit us in the rear when the entire system got clogged. This clogging created a backflow of stuff you don't want to see, to come back up.. into the showers, bathtubs, yeah... it was messy.. and ugly.

I called around to find a plumber that would be willing to help me and at first I just left a message to call me back. Shortly after, Newman's quickly responded by returning my call. The lady was very friendly and responsive to my needs. She mentioned that they had availability sooner than other places AND they had an option for emergency service. The emergency service (after hours) was obviously going to cost more but honestly, I had literal fecal matter in all our tubs, etc. it was totally worth it to have someone come asap.

The gentleman who came over definitely knew his stuff. Dave had been doing it for a long time. He was very quick to isolate the issue and get everything resolved. He was very concise with what he was doing and the path to get things clear.

I'm very pleased with the service I got as I had a no BS - let's get you straight service and was able to get it when I wanted it (which was immediate). As much as I hope I never have to call, if I do... I know I'll call Newman's.

I have used Drain Masters on a couple occasions and they have been wonderful. It’s very hard to find honest people in this business. Any issues I have, I will ALWAYS call Drain Masters and no one else. If your trying to decide which plumbing company to pick…hands down choose this one. You will not be disappointed. Mark was very fast on response time. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than most places i called. He also was pleasant and super easy to talk to as well. Wasted no time at all and terrifically efficient. You cant go wrong with Mark.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

I called Rob to come out in the Winter of 2011 to convert some old washer/drier connections to the new standard. He told me the job would only take a few hours and it'd be done. Three hours later he was finished without ever having to go under the house. He hands me the bill and it's a whopping $2000. I was taken aback by how he figured he could charge this much. This was partly my fault for not receiving a quote beforehand but his predatory billing scheme is a sign of the kind of business he runs. I kept the refrigerator magnet he gave so that I could recommend my friends and family not use him.

Thank God for Jose! Our sink clogged up while cooking Thanksgiving dinner and of course we were totally freaking out. Jose came over and fix the problem right away. He was extremely kind and courteous and we super appreciated him wearing a mask from beginning to end as we have a little one in the house (and let's face it not all in-home service providers are doing that!) He explained to my husband exactly what was going on and how to address it in the future. He also didn't charge us an arm and a leg like big box stores! Thank you so much Jose!!!

woke up to a real mess on Sunday morning.....Plant Plumming came within the hour, fixed the sewer line and did a wonderful job.....technician was very nice and efficient...couldn't ask for better service.

Friends I just want to put this out there for anyone that may need a plumber... I needed some work done and called A1 American. They quoted me $836.00 and at least two hours to get water flowing again to my house. I called A1 Plumbers - not to be confused with A-1 American - Once the plumber arrived he had the repair completed and water restored in about 15 minutes for $199.00. If you need plumbing make sure you call the right A-1! Just sayin...

The drivers are downright dangerous.

They did work for me , but didn't finish it , They claim they were coming back to finish it but came back dump gravel on the street in front of my house and left it ! Then they would not answer the phone afterwards ! They are not professional or honest ! The worst , please be careful !
