Great family business. Installed an outdoor shower and new indoor shower fixtures. Showed up on time, kept their work areas clean and minimized disruptions to my family. Highly recommend.

[Timeliness] They did a fantastic job reaching out to me in a timely manner and were able to come the next morning. The problem was fixed quickly, and they made note of part numbers in case the problem was more complicated.

From start to finish this was a good experience. All in all it took us about 3.5-4 hours to call the office, get a tech on site, and get the problem resolved. The tech (D.J.) was knowledgeable and friendly in a time of crisis in the household. He came in, did a quick survey of the issue, found the problem and dealt with it.

We were hit with an insanely high water bill. Superior was recommended to us and they came out that day to find the problem. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be fixed right then and there-not their fault. We were thinking we would be without water until the new year as it was a couple days from Christmas. They got us on the schedule for the following Monday after Christmas. They were always on time, if not early. Very professional and worked efficiently.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. As a small business owner myself, I try to provide elite service with reasonable and transparent prices. I can tell that they share the same philosophy. Jason was highly professional and efficient in taking care of three separate plumbing issues. I will absolutely call them again with any future plumbing needs.

Worst company ever. Only been in my newly built house for 3 years and have had multiple issues with A/C unit, leaks, and now tankless water heater.

This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company. I would NEVER use them. I called to setup an appointment for an estimate, I had to call twice. The owner agreed to come out a couple days later at 9am. He called back the evening before to say he had a plumbing emergency that he didn't finish that day so he would need to push back our 9am appointment. I was fine with that, but then he never called back to say when he could come. I called he didn't answer, then I texted asking when he could come out. His exact text response was this weekend, not Saturday or Sunday but WEEKEND. He knows the house is vacant and I have to let him in. WELL, he NEVER called nor texted during the weekend. This guy doesn't deserve your support. Save your time and call a plumber who will value your time and appreciate your business.
