Called on a Sunday for a bad plumbing backup. I was amazed at how professional the person who answered the phone was as well as the technician, Justin. Justin D. worked several hours to fix our problem. I will definitely be using them from now own.

We had another great service call from House Call Company. Gunnar quickly performed the basic service. He answered quite a few of my questions and was professional, COVID-19 safe, and polite the whole time.

We were recommended Cecilia’s by our realtor and I couldn’t be happier! They were professional and courteous. We received a very upfront and transparent quote within 30 minutes of a physical inspection of the work we requested to be done. There were no surprises at all, and even gave recommendations as to things we could do ourselves so we weren’t needlessly paying for repairs. I would recommend their work to anyone looking for home repairs.

They did not have our correct phone number (no attention to detail) and did not bother to ask for the correct one although they had our address correct. They did not introduce themselves (unprofessional) and said there was no gas leak (they checked for a leak WITHOUT pressurizing the system beforehand). We had to tell them REPEATEDLY there was a leak. Once they did it properly, a large crack on a 5ft pipe was revealed. One worker also came into the house to check the fireplace and managed to dirty up the rug with his muddy shoes (thoughtless). The only positive was that they came the day after we called and (eventually) diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours.

I was very impressed with the lever level of customer service I received from Bud's Heating and Cooling. Not only were their prices better than others but they made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before they signed off on the job. I will be using them from now on for any heating, cooling, or electric needs. Thank you.

Great service! I called around 5pm and spoke to a live person who listened to my issue. The next day the tech (Will #3066) was here early and gave me my options. He fixed our problem before noon and now we can do our laundry again! Very happy with everything, would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

This will be the second time Bertolino Plumbing has helped me out in a jam! I have been out of town for a new job most of the week, and when I returned I discovered a couple issues. I was freaking out not knowing what to do, but knew who to call. Rob Bertolino came out for same day service and educated quite a bit about my system and about several other questions I had. He was very thorough, professional and very patient with me. I was a mess and I know I chatted his ear off telling him our house's life story lol

But he was great and I am very appreciative of his service! Quick, reliable, and educational!!

We even discussed having his company do the plumbing for our demolished master bathroom in the next few months.

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!

This company is the biggest ripoff company in the Hampton Roads area. They charged my 90 year old mother in law $858.00 to replace the spicket outside which was leaking through an inside wall of the house. It couldn't have taken 50 dollars in parts and the entire job took 90 minutes. I called and talked to Greg and he told me three times that he was way too busy to talk about such things, and to call back. Several times he was gone home early. Finally got to explain the entire situation to him. He took my phone number and email address to investigate the issue. Twenty minutes later he emailed me saying it was a proper charge according to his pricing book. So, long and short us they charge approximately $533.00 per hour for their labor! If you can afford that, hire them!
