I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. I will definitely be calling him in the future with any other gas, plumbing, or contractor work I need done. Thanks Herb!!!

Our Heating and Air gas pack unit went out yesterday morning. I was extremely concerned because I could smell an intense burning smell and thought our home was on fire. I had another company come out and look everything over and they stated the unit should be replaced and gave me a quote. I decided to get a second opinion and after 5pm on a Tuesday I called RA Styron based on a friends recommendation. The on-call tech immediately gave my information to Ralph who decided he would come immediately to look things over and give me a quote (he was here way past normal business hours). He was concerned about my family and the freezing temps headed our way. My husband and I felt like the company had great standards so we immediately made the decision to move forward. There was also a couple hundred dollar savings which was a bonus. Ralph sent an extremely professional and friendly team out the next morning and they arrived right on time at 9am and finished the job earlier than expected. The setup looks much nicer and we are 100% satisfied even considering we weren’t expecting to spend that kind of money right before Christmas. I will call these guys again.

Tony, He was right on time did a great job. He made sure everything was working. He also made sure everything was clean before leaving the bathroom. It was a pleasure working with him.

We called Cecilia’s for a leak in our shower head — Anthony was sent out to repair it. He was punctual, polite & very knowledgable. As a woman, usually male workers just do the job & haven’t cared to explain anything about repairs to me in the past (sad, but true) — instead, Anthony not only explained to me what the problem was, he actually SHOWED me the problem & took apart the shower head! I was beyond impressed & appreciated him sharing this information to me as a homeowner. PLUS — we had JES at our home at the same time doing a “routine” check in our crawlspace — I was clearly frustrated because what should have been a simple check was quickly turning into a potential major problem & expensive repair. Anthony went above & beyond to listen to my worries & reassure me about that as well! He even shared his opinions & thoughts with my husband about what he was leaning towards with the JES visit — something he didn’t have to do. Clearly Cecilia’s Home Repair not only provides exemplary service, but has workers with morals who care about people. We appreciate Anthony & I truly believe we have FINALLY found a company we trust & a company that can “do it all” ! Thanks so much :)

Zack was amazing!!! He was on time, communicated everything, was extremely fair on the pricing of the work he did, he even cleaned up my laundry room where my panel is and shook out the towel I have on the floor that gathers the mud and dirt off of my dogs paws when the run in and out of the house. I was and still am thoroughly amazed at how above and beyond he went with the work he did on my house. I definitely will be going through them again for any other electrical works that needs to be done on my house and will definitely be requesting that it’s him that does it!!

Jack did an awesome job and was so helpful explaining everything. Will definitely be calling this company back for any HVAC needs in the future.

Newman’s Plumbing was very professional & respectful. Their pricing was very competitive and when they left you would have never know they were there. I totally trust them & their service & would recommend them to anyone.

My technician, Ryan, was great. Came inside cleared the drains for the sink and both bathroom toilets that were clogged. Have had problems with plumbing before and he was able to clear the lines and fix the problems quicker and easier.
Very nice and well down. Would recommend!

I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone said she would call me back. After no call back I called a second time and was finally given an appointment for a few days out. The plumber came and never identified himself or his company. I guess I was suppose to read his logo on his shirt and truck and be satisfied with that. He came unprepared and instead of going back to the shop and getting what he needed, he rescheduled my appointment for another 4 days out. Upon his arrival for the second visit again the driver knocked on the door and did not say hello or identify himself to the person who answered. My husband had to ask him his name and the name of his company. The plumber took forever to do nothing. The leaking sink still leaked after he left. I had wet tissue all over my floor, A glob of hardened putty stuck on the floor and still a leaking sink. I contacted the office and again they said I had to wait.... a few days for him to return. That was totally unacceptable. I had another company come out the next day and fixed my issue with no problem. they found that there was no washers placed on the pipes, there was nothing on the pipes to seal it from leaking water. It looked as if he took the replacement drain parts out of package and just screwed them to the wall with no sealant. The bolts on the water valve were also still loose and leaking. He took no pride in his work or the cleanup from his work. The woman that answered the phone could care less also. I would not advise anyone to use this company unless they had money to throw away.. Its a joke.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B. Parker if you want it done right!

Called and phone always has a busy signal.

My worst experience ever and I will never call them for service on my AC units again! Tech charged me a total of $425.00 for the service call and R-22. He only checked one unit while he was at the house. The second unit was doing the same thing. I called back to let them know that they needed to come back to check the second unit. They said they would send the same tech back and he never came back or called. I called another company and they came out and did the same thing that their tech did for $186.00 which included the service call and the R-22! There is nothing American about ripping people off and taking advantage of a military families or anyone else. You should be ashame! I wasn't offered any discounts or anything. I will not recommend your company to anyone! The invoice didn't have a break down on how much R-22 was used and the tech was only there for five minutes. Tech told me the coil needs to be replaced for $2,200.00 and that they would take the $425.00 off that price if work was done within 90 days. Price gouging at its best!

Lindsey Brothers came out to my Father in laws house on Christmas Eve morning and fixed his heating problem within an hour. He had been told by another company they couldn't come until the 27th which meant no heat or hot water for 5 days. He is an elderly gentleman and would not have been able to stay in his home for the holidays if it wasn't for Lindsey Brothers. Thank you for your prompt, professional service and with a smile.

Horrible Co. Rude serviceman. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining our HVAC issues and got angry when I nicely asked him to please let me finish and to not interrupt me. Our builder used this Co. To install our HVAC and plumbing in our new home. HVAC hasn't worked properly from Day one. Furnaces are covered in condensation, drain pan drain hole covered with styrofoam blocks furn. Sits on., Mold growing due to so much condensation. Something rattling around when furnace is running. AC leaking into attic at furnace seams. Compressor already had to be replaced and now makes noise and keeps shutting off.
