These guys are awesome they arrived quickly and assured they wouldnt leave until the job was complete! Guess what... they did what they said! Busted pipes and a pool in your hallway is no challenge for these guys. They treat you like family... I absolutely Love these dudes!!! They need clones so that everyone who needs a plumber, electrician, hvac service or anything to do with anything can have the best quality like they provide!

Our AC unit started leaking and the water damaged caused a hole in our ceiling. We came home to the hole the day we were supposed to leave for vacation! We shut our system down and called A-1 American to schedule an assessment for when we returned. Julio came out to assess our unit and determined our condensate line was backed-up and blew it out with nitrogen. However, not a month later, our AC unit was leaking again and water was dripping from our newly patched ceiling! This time, the panels were removed and turns out our coils were filthy! Although I wish this full inspection was conducted the first time, Julio came out on his own time to make it right! So far, we're leak free and our AC is running great.

They were having phone problems the day I tried to call and every time I called the employee asked to put me on hold....which then hung up on me. On my first call back she let me know they were having phone problems. I understand issues like that happen, but when I finally got through (after 3rd hold-hang up) and explained to the employee what my plumbing problem was and that I would like someone to come to the house to assess and estimate the cost...she said ok, let me put you on hold Knowing that every time she put someone on hold they were disconnected, in effect she was hanging up on me. I found it a little comical, but Norfolk Plumbing is so big that repeatedly(and knowingly) hanging up on customers won't put a dent in their business. Customer service suggestion- if you know that you're having phone problems and your customers are being hung up on...why not take their numbers and offer to call back when the lines aren't so busy. Its a shame I can't get past the receptionist to appreciate their well reviewed plumbing work.
