Best Bathroom Plumbing Work in Chesapeake VA

I have used them on numerous jobs and they have never failed to provide great service. Shane is our go to guy whenever he is available. Great company + a great tech = AWESOME!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

They came for clogged toilet and try to charged me $700 to open, job has been done for $350 with different company. Stay away! They charged $125 service fee for 10 min inspection.

Charged 400.00 for replacing 3 ft of gas pipe and 1 hour of work. Attempted to charge 600.00 additional dollars for inspection permit and testing. 1000.00 for this work seemed way over the top. After questioning that this pricing seemed so high the technician stated he was doing me a courtesy. At this point this felt strange and I continued to question the line items on the invoice, technician stated “I’m outta here I’m kicking rocks. Fine I won’t charge you for that.” Technician cursed through out conversation and work. After leaving he left his gauge on gas meter and pipes disconnected and access to crawl space open. This has really eroded my trust in this company that we have used in the past. I wish there was some way to reconcile this. I will say I have been able to get another company out to do the same job for 150.00. That says a lot to me about the pricing and confirms my lack of trust.

Ronald and Brad went above and beyond. We're able to locate extensive damage that was previously missed. Showed what needs to be done and even got evidence to send to the insurance company for the claim. A1 service everytime!!

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

Scott and Joey did an excellent drain repair yesterday. Joey offered to mount the drain access door more securely. I had intended to do that for years. Without hesitating he ran to his truck and came back with mounting hardware. No charge!

Fair and took the time to come and trouble shoot my problem hot water heater and instead of trying to sell me new stuff installed the thermostat I already had .

Great company, with amazing guys working for them. They where very punctual and efficient and knew what they where doing. The results were amazing and they have great customer service.

Jared did an amazing job figuring out the issue with why our A/C wasn’t working. We just moved into this house and did not expect an issue so soon but Jared figured it all out and got us cool again in no time!

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

These guys are pros . They don’t charge you by the hour. They have flat rates. The guy coming to your place been doing it for twenty years or more. They just did a job for me that would’ve cost me $400 if I went through someone else. They did it for much less. These guys are great.
