Best Vent Systems in Charlotte NC

Had to use zoom drain a few months ago on an emergency clogged drain. They came in and unclogged the drain. They were on-time as well. Just poor value. Just wanted to sell me on a maintenance plan. Despite a much larger problem. The drain was unclogged for a week and then stopped back up. They also charged an outrageous amount to locate my main sewer drain and place flags in the yard.

Their Plumbing Arm came out and replaced the water heater in our attic. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came in a good bit under what some of the other organizations in town were charging. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Their technician Cam showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with my heat pump and get it fixed in no time. Would highly recommend the company and Cam.
