Best Trenchless Drain Repairs And Replacement in Charlotte NC

I had Benjamin Franklin (BF) of Charlotte install a tankless water heater with a circulation pump to maintain hot water at faucets in 2012. I was very happy with the install at the time and the system worked very well until a couple of month ago when the circulation system failed. I called BF to troubleshoot the system when I was told the plumbing is wrong and needed to be changed.First of, BF installed it originally and second it worked for all these years. So I was very skeptical about changing the original plumbing. As a result BF sent another technician out to replace the pressure relief valve and the accumulator. $1,600 later I still did not have hot water at the faucet. I was told plumbing had to be changed for $800 and possibly a new pump for $500.I went online, bought a new pump motor for $180, replaced it, problem fixed. Never heard another word from BF. Very disappointing!
