Despite the weirdness of our current Covid environment, our visit with Anthony was relatively normal, even pleasant. Anthony arrived masked and gloved, standing well back from the porch so he could tip his mask so we could see his face, explaining what he was doing to protect us from infection. He went about his work in an orderly and proficient manner, explaining the problems and our repair options and costs so we could make an appropriate decision. He managed to remain aware of infection control throughout, while still maintaining entertaining conversation about North Carolina, FJ Cruisers, and family.As we are in the Covid vulnerable population, we appreciated his carefulness and delighted in the opportunity to chat. You will be glad to meet him too!

For a few weeks I had been trying to get someone to pump out my septic tank; but everyone was booked or did not have enough hose on there trucks. All of the sudden, I had sewage backing up into my shower and tub, and no toilets were not usable, and I had 6 people in the home, and now it was the WEEKEND! Because of all the rain I needed a truck that had EXTRA HOSE so they could reach my tank without going onto the yard! Also, I did not know it yet, but I was going to need a plumber. In a happy mistake, I called a company that put in Septic tanks (Alternative Septic Services), and the owner of that company highly recommended AAA City Plumbing. AAA was able to take care of it all on the same day; which was a weekend, at a very good price and with excellent customer service. First, I dealt with Alexandria on the phone, who was not only professional, but was kind and understanding about how stressful of a
situation I was dealing with. She was able to get someone to come that very day and pump out my septic tank. Next, was Kyle the pump operator, who was not only polite, but did a quick and thorough job of taking care of the septic. Kyle had to inform me that something was preventing sewage from entering the tank, so the house was still backed up. So last,Ted, the plumber on call from AAA, came out to my house that very night. He worked non-stop from about 11:30PM to 3:30AM, but he finally had to do a temporary fix to make it usable for us until he could come back. When he came back he was here from about 3:00PM to after 10;30PM. He is beyond hard working! He does not give up! He was professional, answered all my questions and was very calm. I cannot say enough great things about Ted!

John and his team did a great job! They got the job done quickly and at an AMAZING price, much less than others quoted. I highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing!

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. They were prompt, honest and priced fairly and I have never found a Plumbing Company so responsible and honest that I could call and have work done in a few days. My clients and I thank you. I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. On top of this delay, they are expecting instant payment. I sent a check out at their first invoice and have received almost daily demands for their money. 3 months for a 3 day job, they can wait on the Post Office for their payment. I would never have these people in my house again. I fear my wife would, however. Terrible outfit to deal with.

Derek and his team are top notch. E and E is the only plumber I would let work in my house. Great team, attitude, and business. Keep up the great work. You won’t regret hiring them. They have done a full install on our new house and are always available for questions and supporting their customers.

Mackenzie was very nice to work with, she found and fixed the problem in no time and was very thorough to make sure there were no other issues! Will be calling again for future plumbing needs
