We have had multiple problems with our grinder pump over an 11 year period. Queen City Plumbing was recommended and we got a plumber named Paul Glover who not only fixed our problem, but fixed previous problems. He went above and beyond to help us and we appreciate his knowledge, hard work and professionalism. If you need a plumber I would not hesitate to call Queen City Plumbing.

Poor communication. Wasn't notified of when they were to arrive (as they stated they would). Then, they call and say they are leaving after sitting in front of the house for 40 minutes. Try ringing the door bell next time.

We had a plumbing issue in our home and called. They were prompt in their arrival and very courteous once on site. The plumber who arrived presented me with the options, explained each one thoroughly, and let me make the choice of what he fixed that day. Everything went according to plan and our plumbing is back to normal now.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Good quality . They give free estimates and they also have very good prices .

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.
