Very pleased with demeanor and excellent customer service. He understood my medical condition and empathize with me when explained the plans to fix our problems. I felt comfortable he was knew his craft with humble confidence of service throughout. He had no problem masking up because I'm immunosuppressive with Multiple Sclerosis medications. I will recommend Tyler and this company to my neighbors and my contacts. Anyone needing a plumber , Tyler, and/or company this is the route to go without hesitation. They honor the military with their pricing. The telephone receptionist is congenial and pleasant when asking questions about their services.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Had previously used but never again. Left two bathrooms dirty from installation of two toilets and four sinks. Returned second day to compete order and did not fix the problem instead backed their truck into my lawn and left a large rut and broke a sprinkler head in the process. I was billed over $1700 and no one ever called me about my complaint about mess left in bathrooms or my lawn. Unacceptable.
